Together, we will explore the psychology behind decision-making processes and develop a personalized action plan to help you make informed and sovereign decisions.

  • Introduction to the Psychology of Decision-Making: Why decisions can be challenging and how to overcome these obstacles
  • Self-Reflection: Analyze your own behavior, reflecting before and after important decisions.
  • Appreciating Decisions: Recognize and leverage the value of decisions—take responsibility.
  • The Use of Tools: Decision trees, SWOT analysis, and other methods.
  • Creating a Personal Action Plan: Develop a tailored plan for future decision-making processes.
  • Handling Small and Large Decisions: Strategies for different decision-making scenarios.
  • Making Decisions as a Team: Methods and communication techniques for successful team decisions.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making: Specific challenges and solutions for leaders.
  • Discussing Your Own Examples and Questions: Bring your own scenarios to the table.
  • Applying What You've Learned in Daily Life: Between our sessions, you will gather experiences that we will then discuss in the seminar.
  • Exchange and Feedback: Discuss your experiences with other participants and provide mutual feedback in small groups.
  • Forming Partnerships for Long-Term Support: Choose a seminar partner for mutual support and discussion after the seminar.

Methods and Schedule

This highly interactive seminar encourages and enables you to deal with decision-making in new ways. You will already apply, discuss, and refine the techniques learned during the seminar period.

Session 1: An afternoon (in person or online, approx. 4 hours) – Introduction to the topic, exchange, initial techniques, and exercises.
Session 2: Online meeting (approx. 2.5 hours) – Further content, discussion, and individual adjustments.
Session 3: Online meeting (approx. 2.5 hours) – Reflection, feedback, and partnership formation for long-term success.
The three sessions are usually spread over three weeks.
Follow-up meeting, online, after approx. 2 months (voluntary, approx. 1.5 hours): What are your experiences? What did you learn? What are your questions?

By practically applying what you’ve learned between our sessions, you’ll integrate the techniques directly into your work routine. This will enable you to master decision-making, benefiting you both professionally and personally.
